What is our process for working with new clients?

We start by inquiring about your needs, wants, and requirements. After that, we start working under a monthly contract or a singular service of your choice. 

What payment methods we accept & what is our payment schedule?

Our payments are mostly made by invoicing you or your company, so you can choose to pay the invoice how you want.

 

Our payment schedule is flexible, if you have a package deal you can choose your monthly invoicing day, if you have a single service our invoice day is usually the 15th day of the month unless agreed otherwise.

Do you work with clients from different industries?

Yes! For us, every industry deserves a great and beautiful website, logo, or any other marketing/design service in need!

How long does it take to complete a project?

This can depend on the challenges the project provides and depends on how large the project is. We always do our best to make your wishes come true ASAP, but usually, it takes a couple of days to make a new logo for example.

Can you work with my existing brand materials & what do you need from me to start a project?

Yes, we can always brush up on your existing materials or create new ones!

What design tools and software do you use?

We use Adobe design and editing programs partnered with Canva.
